Phase 2: Exploration
Instructor Guide

Goal:

The goal of the Exploration stage is for students to develop a topic of inquiry.

Objectives:

1.      Students will investigate sources on their topic.

2.      Students will decide the focus for their research.

3.   Students will narrow their topic of inquiry through personalizing, internalizing and questioning.
